Meet the EFI Fawn — one of the most loved and recognisable designs from EFI Little Things.

The very first EFI Fawn was created in 2017 as the original Ballerina Fawn. Since then, this pattern has been carefully tested, refined, and improved over the years to achieve its signature gentle shape and character.
The current version was fully updated in November 2022, with even softer proportions and refined details.

This is an original EFI Little Things design, created with a focus on slow sewing, thoughtful construction, and toys that feel personal and lasting.

What’s included

This listing is for a digital PDF sewing pattern and tutorial.

You will receive:

• a full-size PDF sewing pattern to make a fawn with antlers, without antlers, or both

• a detailed step-by-step sewing tutorial with 80+ colour photos

• additional video guidance for selected steps

The tutorial explains the full process clearly and calmly, making it suitable for confident beginners with basic sewing skills.
